Online Ordination in Arkansas

Registration Required

Arkansas requires ordained ministers to register with the county clerk before officiating weddings. Online ordinations are accepted, but you must complete the registration process first.

Contact the county clerk in the county where the wedding will take place. You will need to provide a physical copy of your ordination certificate. The clerk may require you to state your denomination.

Marriage License

The marriage license must be obtained from the county clerk. There is no waiting period. The license expires after 60 days.
